With 199 square miles in the county, and approximately 100,000 residents, Fayette County includes the incorporated cities of Peachtree City, Fayetteville, Tyrone, Brooks, and Woolsey. Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport is located roughly 20 miles north of Fayette County, and Falcon Field Airport, in Peachtree City, serves as a local public airport.
